Our Story

RISE Property Services was established in 2016. RISE has been involved in many significant compulsory land acquisition exercises for various type of projects in Malaysia.

RISE has conducted numerous special assignments which including plant & machineries, gold mines, oil palm estate, JV interest, dispute valuation for submission to High Court as well as to undertake market Study for the Developer.

Founder of Firm
Sr Wong Tack Loong
Principle
Sr Wong Tack Loong founded RISE Property Services in 2016. He was formerly the Head of Valuation (Banking Division) and Account Director for Corporate Leasing account of HSBC Malaysia & Brunei in Savills (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (formerly CB Richard Ellis (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd).
Sr Wong has more than 17 years of professional experience and undertaken the valuation for special properties which include industrial premises, oil palm plantations, hotel, office buildings, development lands, gold mines and plant & machineries.
He has undertaken valuation & advisory services for compulsory land acquisition and dealing with various Land Office to submit the claims of compensation on behalf of the landowners, landlord or tenants. He has also assisted many clients who wish to object to the quantum of the land administrator’s award via referencing proceedings in High Court.
